Statistics I - Estimation Methods

Syllabus: The aim of this course is the understanding of the concept and the basic principles of estimation methods concerning the unknown parameters of a specific population parameters. The main methods are point estimation and interval estimation. Also, during the course the exact and asymptotic performance of these estimation methods is evaluated on the basis of various criteria.
